Both the sales and the service of the Alamo Trek store are excellent - very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They even picked me up once when I had a flat that I couldn't repair, bought me to the store, replaced the tie and repaired another serious issue of which I wasn't aware and brought me home. I feel lucky to have such a great bike store near me. I also couldn't be happier with the Trek bike that I purchased there a couple years ago.

The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The service has always been prompt, and the prices are reasonable. I appreciate that, when we have called, someone in the store has picked up the phone. I highly recommend Trek Alamo.

I had an issue mid-ride and they were able to get it fixed and get me back on the road ASAP. Great service and they charged less than I expected! I previously have had work done there and it was also excellent. Highly recommended and I'll try to shop there more.

I had a Trek warranty claim I wanted to submit. Trek Bike Technician (Andrew) gave me the best customer service, beyond expectations! He inspected my bike, contacted Trek and my LBS for my original receipt and followed up with me all in the same day to set up an appointment. He spent the time to make sure all the warranty requirements were satisfied. I was impressed how smoothly and quick my warranty claim was completed. I will be recommending Trek to anyone looking for a bike.
