My experience with Titan Roofing was unbelievable from the very beginning when I contacted them to give me an estimate for a new roof. I was frustrated with other contractors not showing up for appointments and not calling me back when I contacted them to schedule an estimate. I heard Titans advertisement on the radio and immediately called them. Titan roofing not only responded but they showed up for the estimate within the week. Chris was very professional and very personable. He made me feel very comfortable. They even offer financial opportunities and Eddie was very knowledgeable in helping me decide what options are available for my project. Once the project began the crew was unbelievable as well. I have a two-story house I figured the project would take at least a week. The crew was done with the project and my roof was completed in two days. Not only that, the crew left my property in the exact order as they found it. I couldn’t of had a better experience. I actually never thought I could be as thrilled as I was to pay for a new roof! Titan Roofing did an incredible job, exceeded our expectations and saved us thousands on our new roof. Their team were professional, very quick and worked very hard for 12-13 hours each day. Our roof is very large and complicated with many cuts and they did a fantastic job. I just want to thank Titan Roofing LLC for the amazing gift that you gave to my father, Harry "Pat" Patterson. He was the recipient of the free roofing job. My dad is a victim of Agent Orange from the Vietnam war. In the last 3 months he has had so many ups & downs he got sepsis and ended up in the ICU & on a ventilator. He had to be trached and is still fighting hard to come home. In 1975 he was in a high speed crash as a police officer that broke his back, two years later he was shot while hunting and left for dead. He crawled he way to the main road and was found. His whole life has been a struggle.
This was a wonderful gift..I just want to show my unending gratitude.
