I am 55 and have a paralysed foot following some hip surgery that went wrong. I hadn't been to the gym for about 20 years, but a friend suggested Envy as being the perfect comfortable and encouraging environment for me. And they were spot on. All the trainers are incredibly nice, and the other clients at the gym are all lovely and there's a real sense of community. I feel I am looked after so well, and that real thought goes into my training routines. My exercises are changed whenever I give feedback or if I need work on a special muscle. Going to Envy is such a pleasurable experience, even for someone who hates exercise! I am enjoying getting fitter and stronger under the supervision of some really nice, kind (and knowledgeable) trainers. I can't recommend this gym highly enough, especially if you are slightly nervous of going to 'a gym' or if you have some kind of condition that requires supervision or special exercises.

My wife and I have been attending regular weekly sessions at Envy for the past 4 months and the improvement in our health and fitness has been sensational. We have always liked to take care of ourselves with respect to diet and exercise, but with family and work commitments over the course of the last 15 years, our exercise regimen had become sporadic at best. As we passed the mid-forties mark, we knew that if we didn't take consistent action to keep improving our health, our inevitable physical decline would start to influence our sense of wellbeing. From the moment we met Daniel and James, we knew that they knew their stuff. Drawing from years of education and practice with professional athletes, we have been expertly guided down a path of transformation one step at a time. Their customised sessions are thoroughly enjoyable and the 60 minutes literally flashes by. I can honestly say that at almost 47 years of age, I now have the fittest, best formed and structurally sound body I have ever had. This is preventative health at its very best. My advice to anyone who'll listen is be very selective about who you can trust to help restore, build and revitalise your body; there's a myriad of fitness professionals and trainers out there who may, or may not, have the experience or credentials to take you on this journey. Daniel and James have it in spades; I cannot rate them highly enough.

The guys at Envy Sports Clinic are excellent trainers with a wealth of knowledge and experience to effectively train each client to their best potential. I came to Envy for strength and conditioning coaching for my team sport surf boat rowing 6 months ago. Since then I not only have seen a significant increase in my strength and fitness but also in my overall wellbeing and health. I have an injury to my right shoulder that occurred many years ago, which makes it difficult at times to perform certain movements in the gym; but the team and Envy have been amazing at working around my injury to best utilise my workout potential. Not only are they great trainers but they are wonderful, down to earth people who really care about their clients and their goals. For anyone wanting to have some excellent training by some great guys could not recommend training here enough!
