On Wednesday 5 June I visited the store. The electronic gear on my TREK did not work and could not charge, after transport from Denmark. An important cycling trip for me was the next 5 days and I couldn't do anything without my bike, I panicked. The store opened before time, I was received with smiles, kindness and professional people. Less than 10 minutes later my bike was up and running again!
