When you connect a source, EmbedSocial begins pulling content from that specific platform. Depending on the widget type (e.g., Feed, Reviews, Stories), you'll see posts, reviews, or stories appear in your EmbedSocial dashboard and widgets. Here’s a list of the sources you can add inside EmbedSocial to collect and display content automatically on your website: - **Google** - **Facebook** - **Instagram** - **Threads** - **TikTok** - **Twitter (X)** - **YouTube** - **LinkedIn** - **RSS** - **Pinterest** - **Vimeo** - **Yelp** - **Trustpilot** - **Custom forms** - **Custom sources** Let’s dive into each source to see exactly what kind of content you can collect and showcase with EmbedSocial! ## **⭐ Google** EmbedSocial lets you pull in **Google Reviews** and display them on your website with customizable widgets. You can also pull, create, and schedule **Google Posts** directly from your account to keep your business profile active and engaging. - **Google location** Google location is an available source in all of our plans: **Free** - you can pull your Google reviews with the free plan. You can pull up to 500 Google reviews per month and display widgets with up to 500 monthly widget views. **Pro, ProPlus, Premium, and Enterprise** - You can pull all of your existing and new reviews in that specific source. 1 Google location = 1 source. > ❗Please note: Due to Google’s API limitations, only reviews from verified Google Business Profiles can be pulled. > ℹ️ Google reviews are pulled every 15 minutes. - **GMP posts** Google Posts are available in our **Pro**, **ProPlus, Premium, and Enterprise** plans. > ❗Please note: Google Posts can only be pulled or published from verified Google Business Profiles that you manage. > ℹ️ Google posts are automatically updated every **3 hours**. And **every 30 minutes** with **Premium and Enterprise plans**. ## **⭐ Facebook** Facebook sources are available with our **Pro, ProPlus, Premium, and Enteprise** plans. EmbedSocial allows you to pull **Facebook reviews, page posts, mentions, and visitor posts** from your connected Facebook Page. 1 Facebook page = 1 source. > ❗Please note: Due to Facebook’s data policy, we can only access content from **public Facebook Pages** that you manage. **Personal profiles and Facebook Groups** are not supported. > ℹ️ Facebook posts are automatically updated every **3 hours**. And **every 30 minutes** with **Premium and Enterprise plans**. Facebook reviews are pulled every **24 hours.** ## **⭐ Instagram** EmbedSocial allows you to pull content directly from **Instagram Business accounts**, including **page posts**, **hashtags**, **mentions**, **stories**, and even **specific posts via URL**. - **Page posts** are available with the Free, Pro, ProPlus, Premium, and Enteprise plans. 1 Instagram page = 1 source. - **Stories** and adding posts via **URL** are available with the Pro plan, ProPlus, Premium, and Enteprise plans - **Hashtags**, **mentions** are available on the ProPlus, Premium, and Enteprise plans In addition to displaying content, EmbedSocial also allows you to **schedule and publish posts** to your connected Instagram Business account. > ❗Note: Only Instagram Business accounts can be connected due to Instagram's API rules. Personal profiles are not supported. > ℹ️ Instagram content is automatically updated every **3 hours**. And **every 30 minutes** with **Premium and Enterprise plans**. The autoupdate time for the free plan is every **24 hours.** ## **⭐ Threads** EmbedSocial allows you to pull content from **Threads accounts** and display it directly on your website. You can connect and display posts from specific accounts starting from the **Pro plan**. To go further, **mentions, keyword-based posts** are available starting from the **ProPlus plan**. > ❗Note: Only public Threads accounts are supported. Private or restricted accounts cannot be connected. > ℹ️ The content is automatically updated every **3 hours**. And **every 30 minutes** with **Premium and Enterprise plans**. ## **⭐ TikTok** EmbedSocial enables you to pull content from TikTok and display it seamlessly on your website. You can connect TikTok **accounts** or embed **specific videos** by adding their URLs, available starting from the **Pro plan**. > ❗**Note:** Only public TikTok videos and accounts are supported. Private content cannot be displayed. > ℹ️ TikTok content is automatically updated every 3 hours. With **Premium** and **Enterprise** plans, updates occur every 30 minutes. ## **⭐ Twitter (X)** EmbedSocial allows you to display content from Twitter (X) directly on your website. Starting from the **Premium** plan, you can connect and pull posts from specific **Twitter accounts**. On the **Enterprise** plan, you can also display posts based on **hashtags, mentions, or keywords**. Please note that to use hashtag sources, the **Basic Twitter API** is required. > ❗**Note:** Due to Twitter’s data limitations, only public posts from the **last 7 days** can be pulled. > ℹ️ Twitter content is **automatically updated twice per week**, every **Tuesday** and **Friday**. ## **⭐ YouTube** EmbedSocial allows you to pull videos from YouTube and display them on your website. You can add a **channel**, a **playlist**, or even display videos that include a specific **hashtag** — all available with the **Pro** plan. > ❗**Note:** Only **public** and **unlisted** videos can be pulled. Private videos are not supported due to YouTube’s API restrictions. > ℹ️ YouTube content is **automatically updated every 24 hours** to keep your website fresh with the latest videos. ## **⭐ LinkedIn** EmbedSocial allows you to pull content from your **LinkedIn Page** and display it directly on your website. This feature is available starting from the **ProPlus** plan. 1 Linkedin page = 1 source. In addition to displaying content, you can also **schedule and publish posts** to your LinkedIn Page directly from your EmbedSocial account, making it easier to manage content and maintain a consistent online presence. > ❗**Note:** Only **LinkedIn Pages** are supported. This feature is available starting from the **Pro** plan. > ℹ️ Pinterest content is **automatically updated every 3 hours**, and every **30 minutes** with **Premium** and **Enterprise** plans. ## **⭐ Vimeo** EmbedSocial allows you to display Vimeo content on your website by adding either a **user** or a **channel**. This feature is available starting from the **Pro** plan. We can pull only public videos, not private or unlisted videos > ℹ️ Vimeo content is **automatically updated every 3 hours**, and every **30 minutes** with **Premium** and **Enterprise** plans. ## **⭐ Yelp** EmbedSocial allows you to display **Yelp reviews** on your website, available starting from the **Pro** plan. While Yelp is a **free source**, due to API limitations, we can only pull **3 random reviews** from a connected Yelp business page. > ❗**Note:** Review selection is random, as Yelp does not allow access to the full set of reviews. ## **⭐ Trustpilot** EmbedSocial allows you to display **Trustpilot reviews** on your website, helping you build trust and credibility through authentic customer feedback. With our form builder, you can customize it, choose which fields to include (text, ratings, images, etc.), and embed the form anywhere on your website or share it as a URL. Once submitted, responses are automatically collected and can be reviewed, moderated, and showcased in beautiful widgets — all from within your EmbedSocial account. ## **⭐ Custom sources** EmbedSocial’s **Custom Sources** feature gives you full flexibility to manage and display content that doesn’t come from a native social media platform.
