The most common reason for not being able to add a new source is that you have reached your limit of sources you can add. This can easily be resolved by just upgrading to a bigger plan.

Once you click to add a new source, it will take you to get a bigger plan. Then, you can start adding your sources right away.

If you need to add just 1 more source, then instead of getting a bigger plan, you can let us know on the live chat and we will add enable it for you.

## Instagram account not listed

Thank you for posting your question! If you have connected the Facebook account that is managing a Facebook page connected to your Instagram account, but you are still not seeing the desired Instagram account when trying to add a new source, follow the steps below.

In order to give the correct permissions to the Instagram pages that you manage with your Facebook account you will need to:

1\. Go to the 'Social accounts' tab and remove the already connected Facebook account:

2\. Go to a new tab on your browser and log in to the Facebook account that you want to connect to your EmbedSocial account.

3\. Go to your EmbedSocial account, on the '**Social Accounts**' tab click '**New account**' and select '**Connect with Facebook**'

4\. Click '**Edit settings'**

5\. Make sure to select the desired pages and click '**Next**':

6\. Turn on all of the given options and click '**Done**':

That's it! Now you will be able to add your desired Instagram account as a new source and create a widget out of it.

## Facebook required for Instagram hashtags

We are happy to provide the answer to why you need to have your Facebook account connected in order to pull the Instagram hashtags.

Please note that since we are pulling the feeds from the official Instagram API due to Instagram API limitation, we need to have an active Instagram business account that is connected to a Facebook page in order to pull the desired Instagram hashtag feeds.
