If your reviews widget is not showing up on your Squarespace page, but when you refresh the page they do show up, then you need to disable Ajax loading.

To disable Ajax loading follow the instructions below:

1\. Open your Squarespace website, and click on **Design** on the menu on the left:

2\. Click on **Site Styles:**

3\. And the last step is to go to **SITE:LOADING** and disable Ajax Loading:
