🎥 Movement is a way of thinking. Stands at Pitti Filati 97 turns around the idea of the bicycle: balance, rhythm, resistance, freedom. We took this cue and translated it into a new collection where every fabric has a tension inside it, between softness and structure, speed and control. Some pieces are clean and technical. Others are built on layering the unexpected. Together, they reflect a way of working that’s always in motion, always looking for that point of balance where design meets purpose. It’s not about racing ahead. It’s about staying connected to what moves us. --ITA-- Il movimento è un modo di pensare. Gli stand di Pitti Filati 97 ruotano intorno all’immaginario della bicicletta: equilibrio, ritmo, resistenza, libertà. Abbiamo accolto questo spunto e lo abbiamo trasformato in collezioni in cui ogni tessuto contiene una tensione interna—tra morbidezza e struttura, velocità e controllo. Alcuni capi sono essenziali e tecnici. Altri nascono dalla stratificazione dell’imprevisto. The main theme of the Research Space at Pitti Filati 97 is all about details. Here, we showcased creations born from an intense and passionate creative journey—one that led us to explore visual, tactile, emotional, and chromatic inspirations. Ideas become forms, and forms spark new ideas, in a constant exchange between creativity and quality. That’s how the four creative directions we presented in Florence came to life: • BLUE LINE: clean volumes, light textures, and every shade of blue—our signature. • OXYGEN: unexpected blends, warm and spiced tones, tactile inspirations from distant worlds. • INTERIOR: soft layering, transparencies, and shifting tones that react to light. An intimate yet tangible exploration. • SPORT: a concept of our own—a technical, textural line inspired by winter sports. Qui abbiamo esposto creazioni nate da un’attenta e appassionata ricerca creativa che ci ha portato ad esplorare ispirazioni visive, tattili, emozionali, cromatiche. Idee che diventano forme e forme che evocano nuove idee, in un continuo dialogo tra creatività e qualità. We started from three curatorial cues—Bluniform, Exoticall, Caffè de là Paix—and translated them into: 🔵 BLUE LINE, clean lines and layered blues 🌿 OXYGEN, textured blends and distant inspirations 🌀 INTERIOR, shifting tones, tactile emotions. Our new creations for Pitti Filati 97 are taking shape, inspired by the themes proposed by curators Angelo Figus, Carrie Hollands, and Manuela Sandroni. Three concepts set the tone: - Bluniform, a vision of nobility as quiet, composed elegance. - Exoticall, a call to explore, to feel, to open up to what’s unfamiliar. - Café de là Paix, an inner gaze into the emotional forces that shape who we are. We reimagined them through our own lens, developing three creative directions: - BLUE LINE, a study of balance and structure—defined volumes, subtle textures, and a full spectrum of blues, the color at the core of our identity. - OXYGEN, a tactile journey through distant landscapes and unfamiliar rituals, with warm, spiced tones and unexpected blends. - INTERIOR, the most intimate line, where light, layered materials and soft, shifting shades speak of memories and emotions that surface quietly. And then we added one more: SPORT. A research line built around technical materials and winter sports—a metaphor for dynamism, for the tension between freedom and precision, performance and refinement. - Le nuove creazioni per Pitti Filati 97 prendono forma, ispirate ai temi proposti dai curatori Angelo Figus, Carrie Hollands e Manuela Sandroni. We’re deep in the making of what we’ll bring this year to the Spazio Ricerca at Pitti Filati 97. The curators have chosen D-TALE as the central theme, a reflection on knitwear from yarn to finish, on details as a design language, on the balance between creativity and quality, and on the search for real comfort, one that respects the body and its natural rhythm. Themes that resonate deeply with our vision, with what we call our KNITTITUDE. Our creative team is shaping these inspirations by blending unexpected materials, exploring unusual pairings, and embracing irregularities and contrasts. Because every detail matters. What we’re building is a sensory experience, an aesthetic journey that gives voice to the material and form to the imagination. GAUGE ZERO: a new frontier in knitwear. We’ve introduced a weaving machine that allows us to do what, until now, was only possible by hand. Today, we can work with very thick yarns, weave a variety of materials—including leather—and, most importantly, we can create, directly in-house, fully customized yarns starting from existing ones. We can combine fine yarns, even of different compositions, turn them into cords or ribbons, and weave them to create unique pieces where artisanal character meets technological precision. This is the foundation of the GAUGE ZERO project: a new, flexible, and experimental workflow that starts with the yarn and ends with the garment—fast, versatile, and full of creative possibilities. 👉 www.feelblue.it --ITA-- GAUGE ZERO: una nuova frontiera nella maglieria. Abbiamo introdotto una macchina di tessitura che ci permette di fare ciò che, fino a ieri, era possibile solo a mano. Da oggi possiamo lavorare filati molto grossi, tessere materiali diversi, come la pelle e, soprattutto, creare, direttamente in azienda, filati personalizzati a partire da quelli esistenti. Possiamo combinare fili sottili, anche di diversa natura, trasformarli in cordoncini o nastrini, e tesserli direttamente per dare vita a capi unici, in cui si uniscono il carattere artigianale e la precisione della tecnologia. Nasce così il progetto GAUGE ZERO: una nuova linea di lavoro, flessibile e sperimentale, che parte dal filato e arriva al capo, con tempi rapidi e infinite possibilità.
