A Parigi, sabato sera 20 settembre, una cena a sei mani: le nostre, che porteremo con noi la cucina tradizionale del Trentino, quelle di Dimitri e della sua brigata di cucina che ci ospiterà da Chez Marius e creerà piatti incredibili che non vediamo l'ora di assaggiare (le ostriche con il lardo! la saltata di cozze con i peperoni e il guanciale affumicato! la carne salada trentina con i fagioli e il kimchi coreano!) e infine quelle di Diego Sorba, amico fraterno e oste di Parma che sceglierà vini e abbinamenti.
