Molebo was founded in 2024. Based on proud traditions, passion and generations of expertise in belt making and craftsmanship. A Molebo belt is crafted locally in Tommerup, Denmark, in our 3.000 square meter production facility. Always handmade by a skilled team of belt makers and leather artisans. The Belt Factory in Tommerup, Denmark, was founded back in 1989 by Morten Levorsen but has its roots even further back. Morten is the second generation of belt makers in Levorsen family. His father, Kaj, started crafting belts in 1968 and already at the age of 10, Morten Levorsen started helping out his parents’ company making belts after school. Fast forward. In 2016 Anders Levorsen, son of Morten Levorsen, joined the company. This marked the third generation in the family of belt makers dedicated to the craft.
