To preserve tuna means to pass on a story made of sea, skilled hands, recurring seasons, and gestures handed down through generations.
Every stage of our work – from fishing to maturation – tells of an ancient knowledge, refined through experience and enriched by deep respect for the raw material.
🎣 We carefully select tuna at the peak of its natural cycle, handcraft it with artisanal methods, cook it gently, and let it rest for the right amount of time in selected oils such as Sicilian IGP extra virgin olive oil.
This is how, at Testa Conserve, we combine the value of tradition with the rigor of modern controls, to guarantee an authentic, traceable product, respectful of the sea and of the palate.
