Drawing on generations of stitch-work inspired by rugged seas, wild stone, and island skies, every garment we make reinterprets the traditions of Aran textiles, with a delicate balance of innovative design, authenticity and refinement.⁠ ⁠ Our workshop blends modern technology with meticulous hand-finishing in every piece. We operate in very small runs rather than mass production, changing machine settings several times a day so that each collection offers many different, elevated styles crafted in micro-batches. We use only the finest yarns - super-premium cashmere, merino, alpaca, silk and linen - and ship directly from our island workshop to specialist retailers and discerning clients around the world. A brand new yarn composition for Autumn/Winter 2025 is our own blend of superfine Merino and Linen. The linen serves to make the garment more airy and breathable and creates a beautifully nuanced colour-shading effect as the Linen strands catch the light differently to the Merino. It also creates a depth of feel and texture with little bursts of crispness scattering amongst the Merino softness.
