We’re thrilled to welcome three new team members to Tenuta San Carlo this year. Martina, who works with Ariane to manage the farm, joined us in October and has been working tirelessly to keep our crops rotating and ensure that the soil and our animals get all the care they need. Elizabeth is overseeing hospitality in our agriturismo, and is dedicated to making our guest experiences better than ever. And Gemma, who has spent the last two years cooking for our program groups and leading cooking activities, will now be managing our agriturismo kitchen. She’ll also be developing new recipes and products as we embark on exciting new projects at the farm.
