Cannot recommend Blue Lagoon enough. Had a wonderful two night stay here that I wish had lasted an entire lifetime. The staff are incredibly kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, and fun. I wish I remembered everyone's names but I do remember Ilisoni and Josh were incredible and went above and beyond in every interaction I had with them. The rooms are more than comfortable, the views are stunning, the food is delicious. What more could you ask for?

City: Nacula Island, Yasawa Date: 6 - 8 Feb 2025 Nights: 2 nights This hotel is truly exceptional, situated on the stunning Yasawas Island. Our stay here has been nothing short of remarkable; it ranks among the best accommodations we've ever experienced. The standout feature of our visit has been the incredible staff and management, who made us feel warmly welcomed. We can genuinely feel the love and vibrant spirit of Fiji all around us in this enchanting place. It's a very practical hotel in a very strategic location, and there are different options to arrive from the mainland; one can do so via helicopter or via ferry. We highly recommend the helicopter as there is a magnificent trip and opportunity to see the islands from the air. In any case, if you decide to go by ferry, get ready for a 5-hour trip and take seasickness pills to make sure that you don't feel bad. Services / team: The team is exceptionally, in fact, one of the highlights of our trip as they made us feel very welcomed. They make a difference; as we stayed in other hotels on other islands, we found out that the staff at Blue Lagoon are fantastic, starting from the manager and the entire team in general. Check in process: The check-in and check-out process was exceptionally smooth. Everything is well organised and the check-out is at 10 am, but it depends on what time you are planning to leave; Everything is very well coordinated with the ferries or other resorts. Rooms: We stayed in a villa that is perfect for a couple, but there's a third single bed in case you are travelling with kids. There is an outdoor bathroom and it's very spacious. Nice bed and a very large outdoor bathroom with very good shower pressure. Internet connection: the internet connection is good in all the communal areas of the hotel and also very fast in the room. Cleanliness: all the locations in the hotel are well maintained and clean at all times. Pool: They have 2 pools; one is situated at the heart of the hotel, with a beautiful view of the beach, and the other pool is at the back of the hotel. This pool is very quiet, modern, and beautiful. Both pools have very clean and comfortable sun beds, and you can have a great time. Highlights: We truly enjoyed our time here and we would love to come back as soon as we can. A big kudos to the manager who creates a fantastic atmosphere and makes us feel the real Fijian vibe. Rate: We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return if the opportunity arises. It offers excellent value for the price, and they provide a great set of activities, including snorkelling, diving, and visits to nearby attractions.
