Simply incredible, great infrastructure without losing the vibe of an untouched paradise, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort was simply fantastic and exceeded all expectations. I stayed in a dormitory, and even though it was a shared room, I was surprised by how well the silence is maintained after 10 pm. I had a great night's sleep; the bed and pillow were very comfortable, and there was air conditioning and good blankets to meet any need. The shower surprised me a lot; I've traveled to other islands in Asia, the Caribbean, and Europe, and usually the shower is a weakness., but not here!!! The shower had a great water pressure and very hot for a relaxing shower. The food was also delicious, with a highlight being the creamy prawns and tonkatsu that I had at their Japanese restaurant (Donu). Honestly, it was even better than some I've had in Japan, and the Fijian kokoda at the main restaurant was divine. And last but not least, the friendliness and welcoming from the staff was absolutely incredible, always very friendly, smiling, and helpful. 1000!!!

Book it! Excellent snorkelling. Lots of pretty corals and fish. Launch from a sandy beach, well protected from the frequent strong SE winds, and no strong current to contend with. Wonderful staff, Nothing is too much trouble. Great food, just be careful not to eat too much ... Enjoy.
