Wow! Blue lagoon is such a lovely place to stay. From the start the staff were all lovely, and were attentive throughout our stay particularly during meals. We stayed in the dorm which was a lot cheaper than the private rooms and it was great - we had AC which was nice after not having it at another stay, and room and toilet/shower facilities are clean. The meal plan is very expensive at $189 pp per night, but honestly the food was so amazing that we didn’t mind a treat! There are two restaurants, one beachfront and the Japanese one. During our two night stay we dined at both, providing a different enjoyable experience. The Japanese 10 course dinner is very cool, but we also loved the 5 course one at the beachfront restaurant and were left much more full! We also did the cave activity which was great. The snorkelling off the beach was actually insane! You can rent snorkels for free and the coral reefs straight from the beach are so colourful with lots of fish - we even saw a stingray!! Very nice stay

Had a wonderful five night stay here in February 2026. The snorkelling at both the reef by the resort and on boat trips was excellent with loads of fish and colourful coral. The Sawa-i-Lau Caves trip was worthwhile, and best done at low tide. I particularly enjoyed hiking in the hills behind the resort, though was glad I brought my hiking poles, particularly given the wet season downpours, though they mainly occurred overnight. The food at both resort restaurants was great, plenty of it and high quality. The main restaurant and Japanese restaurant menus change every two days so if you alternate where you eat each night you'll have a different experience. Breakfast starts at 7am, lunch 12.30pn, and dinner 6.30pm. We stayed in one of the yurts, which was very comfortable and had unusually quiet air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The wifi is reasonable by Fiji standards and available in common areas and the rooms. The boat transfer organised through the resort worked well, taking one from Nadi to Paradise Cove and then switching to another boat to Blue Lagoon. All in all a lovely place to stay.
