Our stay at Blue Lagoon Beach Resort on Nacula Island was nothing short of unforgettable. We spent seven nights in a Garden Villa with 10 boat dives each, and it was everything we imagined and so much more. The food was exceptional every single day. With two restaurants, each offering its own full menu, we were spoiled for choice. Every meal felt like a treat, and the variety kept things exciting throughout our stay. What truly set Blue Lagoon apart was the warmth of the staff. They created an atmosphere that felt less like a resort and more like visiting long-time friends. We didn’t just feel taken care of - we genuinely felt at home. The diving was breathtaking, and as guests who hadn’t been in the water for several years, we deeply appreciated the patient, supportive dive team. From the refresher course to our daily dives, the staff helped us regain our confidence and made every outing memorable. We also visited the famous Sawa-i-Lau caves, and they absolutely lived up to the hype - a must-do experience. Overall, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort delivered an incredible, seamless, and heartfelt experience. If we return to Fiji, we will 100% stay here again. Highly, highly recommended!

Hotel review We just wrapped up 4 of the most amazing days of our life at Blue Lagoon Resort. I cannot say enough incredible things about this resort to do it justice, but I’ll try. First, the people that work at this resort of the kindest humans on earth. From the time we stepped foot on the island and Teah addressed our daughters by name before introducing ourselves, we immediately felt “at home.” Teah and others looked after our 1 year old and 3 year old girls, in the kids club, and made great memories for them. We were so surprised and happy to run into our favorite chef, Ade, who cooked us delicious 10 course meals in the Japanese restaurant Donu. Ade went out of his way to connect with my family, and my girls formed a special bond with him. The owners/management Team Chris and Kylie are very present and hands on. Chris spent considerable time genuinely getting to know us and offering up something to make our stay more special. The resort itself is beautiful. Beautiful two pools, incredible location for snorkeling/diving/other activities which can all be easily arranged at affordable prices Your kids will love it here. The spacious kids club has many activities each day for little ones. And I personally loved how much they extended an elevated sand area from the beach right beside the restaurant so we could keep an eye on our kids playing in the sand while we ate our meals. Speaking of meals, the food here is magnificent. The 10-course experience with Ade and Sake in Donu is something out of this world. Every night AnaLei made us feel so special, addressing us by name, and later being my daughter’s dance partner during the Fijian Night (Friday) celebration. We felt like we were eating like a king at Donu. Ade wears a smile on his face 24/7, all while giving his cooking the attention it deserves. His interaction with our family during our stay was a top highlight for me and I very much hope he will still be at Blue Lagoon Resort when I visit next. The main restaurant experience was also great. Special shout out to Mel who consistently went above and beyond to ensure me and my family were well looked after. Mel greeted us with a big smile and Bula every day. We loved the Fijian celebration (Friday Evening). The singing by the staff was beautiful and the toast to us was very moving. The locals included my girls in a very fun dance circle that they’re still talking about today. Our accomodation in the Yurte was beautiful. Nicely located right beside the second pool and close to the kids club. The layout of the yurtes were perfect for us. Nice large bed on one side with kids bunk bed on other side of wall. Very nice outdoor bathroom/shower. We also did the village tour and it was such a beautiful experience seeing how the locals truly live. Tip: bring along a few things (toys/balls/clothing/) that you think another kid would appreciate and you’ll be able to gift it during the tour. I’d all else fails, bring a few extra Fijian dollars you can afford to gift someone who could use it more than you. In conclusion I just want to say a huge Thank You to all those I mentioned above, and to the many others who I’ve forgotten to mention. This was the trip of a lifetime for my young family and the only negative part of our entire trip was the part when we had to leave. I so look forward to our next visit.
