Beautiful location. Rooms are nice but getting a bit tired and could do with some maintenance. Staff are wonderful. Always smiling and friendly. Service can be a bit poor. Putting a computerised food and drink ordering system in such a location makes no sense. Caused so many problems with orders not going in and meals being very late. Some meals were very good but most were average and some very poor. The majority of our meals (that should have been served hot) were at best luke warm if not stone cold. Again related to computerised kitchen system. Nice dogs in the resort but they need to be kept quiet as a howling barking dog at 2:00 am is unwelcome when you are trying to sleep. It was peak season when we were there so resort was busy. Annoying noisy helicopters landing in the middle of the resort multiple times some days destroys the tranquility. We have stayed several times over the last 7 years and standards have slipped. It was nice but we won’t return.

Lovely beach, Island and resort. Staff were extremely helpful in every aspect before and during our stay. May I suggest to please bring donations to the locals, they really need everything and would never ask for anything else m return, they are so genuinely kind and friendly. Room was a tiny bit small (private room, shared bathroom) but it wasn’t really an issue and it was clean and close to the beach and amenities. Great snorkeling right off the beach and beautiful, clear water. Hiking was nice and spectacular views. Restaurant is nice and we enjoyed our meals. Alcohol in general in Fiji is very expensive so we usually only drink during meals and/or happy hour. A mini fridge in our room to keep some drinks cold would have been extremely helpful. Would stay again and the staff and location were amazing. Thank you to all the staff!
