If you're hesitating to book Blue Lagoon Beach Resort , don't !! We just arrived home following the most amazing 6 nights. The entire holiday was perfect In every way. From the initial transport, to the wonderful Fijian welcome, to the sad farewell . The staff are always so friendly and genuine. The lagoon itself is gorgeous, the water is so blue and there are always fish swimming around the minute you step into the water. My 5 Year old daughter absolutely loved this, it's great for the young ones who aren't yet out snorkeling. We were kindly upgraded to one of the newer family yurts that are located by the lagoon pool and Donu restaurant. The yurts are fantastic, so spacious and airy and beautifully presented. The food requires a special mention of its own..both restaurants are impeccable and the food presentation and taste is what you would expect from a fine dining establishment back in Melbourne. We didn't have a bad meal from breakfast to dinner for the entire stay. The resort is seamlessly run , even though we were expecting everyone to be on "Fiji time" we were never delayed on any occasion. The kids club is a great set up and the women running it are so lovely. Unfortunately there weren't many other children on the island during our stay so our daughter only utilized this on a couple of occasions, she still had so much fun with painting and beading and playing on the play equipment. The kids are also treated so special, with being able to place their dinner order ever day. Main meal and dessert. Lastly , every single staff member deserves the highest praise and recognition. They truly make your stay extra special! From the housekeepers to the gardeners , the restaurant staff , the office staff and the chefs .. you are all simply amazing!
