The resort is blessed with a beautiful reef and DONU is an amazing restaurant. Their transfers aren’t the best though. Both our transfers to and from were affected since a boat was conveniently ‘broken down’. We wasted 2hrs at the sister resort Paradise Cove waiting for our transfer. And were put on the Flyer - which took way longer (5hrs) to get to the port - which we did NOT opt for. Also, I strongly urge guests to keep a photo of their receipts - the management had added random laundry charges and lied to our face about the total amount on the invoice. I did raise this issue via email but the General Manager did not go through the CCTV as requested. This honestly ruined our whole experience,

See MoreDas Blue Lagoon Resort ist wunderschön, das Personal superfreundlich und die Anlage top gepflegt – wirklich toll! Aber wer hier Ruhe sucht, ist leider falsch. Es sollte eher „Blue Lagoon Family Resort“ heißen – Kinderlachen (und Schreien) gibt’s gratis dazu. Am Strand gibt es zu wenige Liegen, und wer zu spät kommt, darf an den Pool ausweichen. Aber wer will bei dieser Traumkulisse bitte am Pool liegen? ️ Fazit: Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern – für Ruhesuchende wie uns leider eine kleine Katastrophe.
