A very westernised resort, its lost the fijian charm. The staff while pleasant are not as friendly as elsewhere. Alot of the activites are additional costs. The resort is very busy. The food is well presented but generally bland and lacking flavour. It feels that priority is given to the beach front villas, if you arent in one you may be best going to a different resort. Snorkleing in the bay is better than on the snorkeling trip.

This review is strictly about the resort management. I purchased the “unlimited dive package” for $600 US, nowhere on the website does it say that this doesn’t mean unlimited diving, it means you may dive as many of the three dives they have a day. Right off the bat I felt a little cheated. Though I have good things to say about most of the staff, it feels like they were discouraged from taking guests to the further “better” dives, and if another guest was joining the dive as a student, I’d be stuck going on an easy, uneventful dive as one of my 3/day. The dive package also advertises that a night dive is included. Both the shop and the management told me that I would be unable to redeem this night dive unless I found somebody else to go with me. That was NOT what the website says!!!! Do not purchase this unless you’re a new diver and your only priority is maximizing time in the water.
