Very friendly divemaster and boat crew. Good equipment. The low rating has to do with an excessive fee charged for transport. We are staying in a resort on the other side of the island (less than 10 min boat ride), and we were charged $80 for "transport" for two people. This was only communicated after being picked up and ready to go. We were picked up by what I suppose was a water taxi, but dropped off by the dive boat itself. This was an unnecessary and overly expensive fee. If you are not staying in blue lagoon dive shop, make sure you shop around for the transport there.

Blue Lagoon Beach Resort. Not really fine with the service. We booked in advance “the full monty package” at awesome adventure which says meals are included and activities too.... well we had to pay for activities and for food, drinks and even coffee. The second day we had just a single dish for lunch, they want us to pay the starter , the dessert and anything you order out of the menu “chicken rice meal”. The day we left the island to go to the next one at 2pm, they didn’t provide any food and they said we won’t have either food when arrived in the next one, so you have to wait until dinner time to eat. You can pay 25$ for a fruit salad or the single dishes they sell in the restaurant. Very dodgy. The wifi didn’t work any day at Blue Lagoon resort and the staff were on their phones and computers all day long. Is true that it is a paradise and Fijians are super nice! The food was delicious and everything was clean. They just need to improve and make worth the 3000$ Australian dollars my sister and I paid in advance (around 4430 Fijian dollars) for our 6 days of holidays.
