Schlechtes Essen: trockener Fisch zum Lunch. Und zum Abendessen gab es das Lovo-Buffet mit langweiligen Salaten und Beilagen und wieder mit trockenem Fisch und schlechtem Braten. Leckere Sossen gab es leider auch keine. Auf Beschwerden wurde mit Entschuldigungen reagiert. Aber leider wurde nicht versucht Abhilfe zu schaffen oder etwas zu kompensieren. Das ist sehr schlechtes Problemmanagement. Die ständigen Entschuldigungen ohne Konsequenzen haben mich wütend gemacht und ich war froh als ich das Resort verließ. Das Riff ist leider auch unterdurchschnittlich im Vergleich zu den anderen Riffen auf Fidschi. Mindestens die Hälfte der Korallen ist tot.

SLEEPING WITH MICE. Our stay at Blue Lagoon was ruined because they provided us accomodation with a mouse infested room. Despite advising this to the resort, they did not resolve the problem or offer to move us to a different room. We ended up spending multiple sleepless nights with the family of mice. One of the mice even went on the bed and scratched my mother in laws feet until she woke up in horror. I have emailed a formal complaint and they have chosen to ignore us. Book at your own risk as this resort does not respect its patrons and will do little to ensure a positive experience once they have your money. This isn’t the first incident with mice if you look at their trip advisor reviews. Their response to another patron was that you are staying on an island and living with rodents is part of the experience. If you are unlucky enough to be given a room with rodents, don’t expect any action from them.
