The resort itself is stunning, the water is crystal clear, and the snorkeling was incredible. We loved the day trips, and the Omasaki restaurant was a real highlight. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Vika, Litia, Ade, Nick, Sake, and the entire team were so professional, friendly, and welcoming—they made us feel completely at home. Unfortunately, we don’t remember all the names, but every single staff member we met was amazing! Even though it’s a bit far for us to return, we would highly recommend Blue Lagoon Resort to anyone visiting the area!

The management and staff were exemplary and went above and beyond to cater for our group and make our stay perfect. The addition of the yurts, revamped kids club and the Japanese Restaurant gave us all those extra options for the age range. We agreed it was a 10 out of 10 experience!
