LOVED BLBR! We had 8 nights and we didn't want to leave. Gorgeous beach and fabulous snorkelling right on the doorstep. We even saw squid. The trip to swim with the manta-rays was absolutely epic and we had an extra treat of spotting some whales on the way back. The staff are super friendly and made such an effort for us as we celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary. We stayed in a yurt for the first 4 days which was excellent. Huge room and great bathroom facilities. Close to Donu and one of the two swimming pools. Whilst the resort was full it didn’t feel like it. No fighting for pool loungers or restaurant tables!! For the last 4 nights we had a wonderful beach front villa. It was so nice to experience two different aspects of the resort. The sunsets were magnificent as we watched from our own deck. The two restaurants are such a bonus. Definitely no boredom from the great selection of fresh food. The 10 courses at Donu are particularly amazing. The hike was a little challenging if you go all the way to the top but the view was spectacular and so worth it. Need sturdy shoes and water. The cave trip was also a highlight. Thank you to the amazing hosts Kylie and Chris who made sure our stay was super special. We will be back.

Our stay at the Blue Resort Hotel was nothing short of a dream. We instantly fell in love – with the stunning beach, the incredibly warm and welcoming staff, the relaxed atmosphere, and the joyful spirit that could be felt everywhere. It truly felt like being part of one big family. ♥️ The experiences we had here were priceless: unforgettable snorkeling trips, an exciting cave tour, and as the absolute highlight, the excursion to Mantaray Bay Island, where our biggest wish came true – to see a manta up close. We are leaving with heavy hearts because we enjoyed this special time so much. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team – you made our holiday truly extraordinary. We will definitely be back!
