The staff is very attentive, friendly, and gracious. They always had a smile on their faces and sang for guests on special occasions. There was also a welcome song upon arrival, which was very nice for us. There was also a fun program for children and a children's menu, which was checked every day in advance. Furthermore, the children's meals could always be ordered at the time they needed, which made life much easier. We had a large family room for five people, which was more than adequate and clean. We were more than satisfied and can only recommend this resort. I do have one small suggestion for improvement, however: it would be nice if there was a net over the playground so that it doesn't get so hot and the children are also somewhat protected from the sun.

Nick at reception was hilarious and so accommodating. Everyone was friendly, attentive and so so pleasant I cannot believe it. The two nights I spent here was not enough. Next time I’ll stay much longer. I loved every minute of my stay here and I can’t wait to be back. Massages were perfect and i was so relaxed after, the masseuse knew exactly what she was doing. So impressed with the service here. Cannot recommend enough
