We stayed 12 nights at the Octopus Resort for our 25th wedding anniversary. We were so fortunate to have booked here. The staff is so friendly and happy to meet you. They made us feel like family. Special thanks to Sera, Kara and Sai who were fantastic! The food and service were great. The dive staff are also amazing. We dove nearly every day and Kuki, the divemaster, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Special thanks to Kuki for making our time here so memorable. The resort grounds are beautiful and well maintained. They were constantly updating the grounds while we were there. During our 12 days, they repainted the restaurant and bar areas and replaced the entire pool deck. The work was very quickly completed and non intrusive. Our bure cabin was just as it was displayed in the pictures. Very clean and updated with a flat screen and dedicated wifi router. The GM, Noel, was also very friendly and very attentive and clearly focused on the right things. From our eyes, he has the resort operating very smoothly and is focused on making improvements to make the resort even better if that's even possible :) We visited only 1 other resort on this trip but we spoke to many other travelers who had stayed at many of the surrounding resorts and they all agreed that Octopus was the best resort. Our experience certainly validates that.
