We have just spent 7 magnificent days with the amazing people at Octopus Resort. The reef was about 10 paces from our bure's front door. It was healthy and growing, full of colour and variety with an abundance of many different kinds of fish. Our bure was lovely and secluded - we could stay by ourselves on our comfortable deck or move over to the common areas if we wanted company. The food that came out of Naula's island kitchen was nothing short of amazing and we looked forward to every meal. The activities - diving trips, night snorkels, mountain hikes, village visits and more - were just what we were looking for. The best part of our holiday had to be the people. The friendly staff at Octopus made us feel very welcome and valued. We all felt very sad as we waved from the boat shouting our last moce (good bye).
