Octopus Resort is nice but there are better choices if heading out to the islands. The food package is overpriced at $179FJD pp per night. The food is decent and there are many options but it’s not worth that much money, especially when other resorts on the islands are charging $40/50 less. Our room had an A/C unit but it didn’t work, which didn’t bother us but might affect others. Good points were that the shared bathroom was always clean, the staff are lovely and rooms in general are pretty decent. For families this is probably a good option but for couples wanting quiet and relaxation, I’d probably head elsewhere.
