We really had more expectations for Octopus than got delivered. It was the fourth resort we stayed in and by far the worst value for money. Our main issues were 1) we opted for the Point accommodation for privacy, however they are no more private than anywhere else, not what the description suggests. It was also not made clear we would have another family literally right next to us sharing the same deck. The pictures didn’t do it justice and the exclusive deck access was a total disappointment. 2) the whole resort is looking very tired, it’s expensive for what you get and needs better maintenance. 3) the service at food times was a real mixed bag, empty plates would be taken away before even finishing chewing (a poor experience in itself and really disruptive for the whole table) but delivery of a bottle of water and a glass of wine would take three courses. 4) we got the resort boat back to the airport on the final day but missed out on any lunch as paid for. On the positive side, the location is lovely, the reef is unique and fun to snorkel. The staff are friendly and we had amazing massages.

Esta bien, pero el servicio fuer el peor de todos los hoteles. El único en el que me sentí incomoda por viajar solo, a la hora de las comidas siempre ignoraban, fue raro ya que en los otros era muy como , te ponían en mesas dónde conoces a mas viajeros y era divertido
