Never witnessed so unpleasant people in the Fijis... The behavior is the opposite of the Fijian mindset and culture. Also, it was maintenance period so you get the hammer noise from 8 am till dawn non-stop... I understand that it has to be done, but without warning before booking and without compensation ?! There are so many other nice places in the Yasawas for the same rate such as Waylailai, do not waste your time and money.

Asked for multiple international calls and emails to rebook. Did not wish to comply with request for a shift in the nights stayed at the property. Absolute waste of time and energy as they staff is incompetent and doesn’t abide by logic or customer oriented best practices. Stay elsewhere if you’re in search of proper treatment and luxury.
