Dear Octopus Resort Team, I am Li Xu. On January 8, 2024, during our journey from Heaven Bay back to Vuda Port, a perilous incident occurred. My mother fell seriously ill and fainted on the ship. Thanks to the prompt and emergency assistance from CJ and his wife, staff members at Octopus Resort, my mother received excellent care. CJ's wife, in particular, demonstrated exceptional rescue skills, staying by my mother's side until she regained consciousness. CJ timely called for emergency medical help, and upon reaching the port, further examinations ensured my mother's full recovery. Our family cannot express enough gratitude for the professionalism and selfless assistance shown by the Octopus Resort team. Thank you very much to CJ and his wife, as well as the staff on the ship. We had the most amazing holiday at Octopus Resort! Cannot recommend it enough if you are planning a Fiji vacation. - Staff was kind, helpful and fun! Especially the resort managers! ❤️ - Clean rooms, well maintained, outside shower - Food was fantastic and the menus are very diverse, vegetarian options as well, felt like fine dinning! Great Chef! - Many activities planned everyday to entertain visitors: hikes, yoga, scuba, crab races (),night snorkeling, water polo, etc - Sun beds and umbrellas available at the beach and there is also a nice pool - Needles to say that the beach is gorgeous Thank you Octopus Resort for such a lovely vacation!
