Absolutely Outstanding! My wife and I stayed for 9 nights and it was by far the best tropical vacation we have ever taken! There are very few places that live up to the photographs. Paradise Cove is actually better than it appears and the on-line photos don't do it justice. The beach is long and beautiful. The rooms are new, clean, well maintained, and I was surprised how comfortable the beds and linens are. All the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The food absolutely outstanding and 5 star with lot of variety fantastic flavor and presentation. I literally never put a bad tasting piece of food in my mouth the entire week. The resort is low-key and relaxed. We stayed in The Cove, which is a new addition slightly behind the dinning hall. No children are allowed there and it is fully decked with two pools, a bar and separate lunch area and lots of shaded lounge chairs. The weather was clear and sunny almost every day even though Nadi had rain forecast throughout the week. The house reef directly off the beach was great for snorkeling with long stretches of diverse coral and marine life and the surf was very minimal, making it safe for children. I am an avid scuba diver and the dive sites around the islands were beautiful, varied and easy to dive. The dive staff friendly and knowledgeable and they took care of my gear and had it loaded on the boat every day. This would be a great place to learn how to dive and get PADI Open Water Certification. My wife told me she wants to come back to the same resort for our 15th wedding anniversary in two years. We can't thank the staff of Paradise Cove enough for a wonderful vacation. Vinaka!
