Perfect in all ways. We are very picky travelers with twin 6 year old boys, and know the South Pacific and Fiji very well. We both agreed this was the best vacation we've had yet, and it was all because of the experience we had at this resort. We stayed for 7 nights. Resort is well maintained, well managed. Not too many visitors but enough to have some atmosphere. Local Fijian staff is very happy, genuine and helpful (unlike a few other top resorts we've been to in Fiji), long daily activity list (although most people we noticed just enjoyed laying on the beach or by one of the pools), exceptional food in quality and portions, reasonable pricing for extra activities like boat snorkel trips / scuba diving and drinks. We were upgraded without asking for it, rooms were spacious with screens/A/C and ceiling fans, very thoughtful design/layouts and again well maintained with fridge stocked with drinks and some snacks. Staff bent over backwards to make sure we had a great trip, especially the kids, who were smothered with attention the entire trip. Kids Club available all day and during meals which we used on occasion for an adult dinner or time alone. Diving was murky because of the rains but visibility cleared up the last day - perfect dive with sea fans, soft corals, two leatherback turtles and huge schools of fish among other classic Fijian reef life. Activity highlight was swimming with a manta ray. Kids became carefree island kids and are now saying this is their favorite spot over Hawaii, Cook Islands and other spots we've been to. We don't typically go back to the same spot but will do so here.
