I can't speak highly enough of the staff and their genuine care for us and our daughter. We are already looking forward to returning in the future and reconnecting with them. The size of the resort was perfect—it created an intimate atmosphere where we could easily make friends with other guests. The food was excellent, the range of activities was fantastic, and our oceanfront Bure was a solid 10/10. The highlight of our stay was snorkeling with our 3-year-old daughter for her first time, right out front of our Bure—a memory we’ll cherish forever. I’ll be recommending this resort to all my family and friends!

Awesome water activities with one of the best spots for snorkeling. High quality breakfadt, lunch and dinner. I gave 4 star for service is due to the lack of any interaction from the resort manager. Given that it is a resort with approx 150 people plus staff it was very odd that the Manager did not interact with the visitors at all. We passed him several times during our stay, but there was not even eye contact let alone greeting or asking us how was our stay. I would suggest taking some notes from Ceasar, the Manager at Blue Lagoon resort which I believe is under the same Ownership. The experience with the Service at both resorts was day and night. However, this will not keep me from visiting this place again as everything else was true to it's name, Paradise Cove!
