I'm still unsure of why it took so long, and communication should have been much better, but I'm glad they followed through and returned my deposit. ----------------- Thieves! This company stole my money, refusing to return my deposit after cancellation. I cancelled my reservation at the beginning of 2022 due to COVID and resort closure. The agency quickly responded telling me my booking had been canceled and that they were processing the refund of my deposit that I was due. That was 3 weeks ago and repeated attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. As far as I can tell all phone numbers have been disconnected or changed

See MorePositiv: - Habe das Resort aufgrund der Bewertungen zum Schnorcheln gewählt und ja, das Hausriff ist super. Haben Haie, Stachelrochen und viele Fische gesehen. - Essen (aber kostet auch sehr viel) Negativ: - Ganzes Areal gleicht einer riesigen Baustelle. Überall wird gehämmert, geschraubt, gebohrt, etc. Wenn Sie Baulärm suchen, sind Sie hier richtig. - Personal nicht authentisch und lassen wenig Freude aufkommen - Wer hier 5 Sterne Luxus erwartet, ist falsch. Das Einzige 5 Sterne ist der hohe Preis. - Donu Restaurant war geschlossen wegen Umbauarbeiten. Und trotzdem musste man den vollen Preis zahlen. - Sandfliegen am Strand Bzgl. Schnorcheln war es die beste Fiji Insel, die wir besucht hatten. Bzgl. Rest die Schlechteste.
