Geniales Hotel super freundliche leute

Stayed at Paradise Cove with my dad for two nights and was amazing (even despite the bad weather!). Fantastic staff, rooms and location. Be careful with the meal plan as I spoke to the office and asked to add it for my last day which was said to be ok, found out at checkout they don’t do that so had to pay quite a bit more $$ than expected

We came for our honeymoon and the views, activities, and location were amazing! Shout out to Nancy for helping us plan our activities and for making the champagne tubing in particular special. Food was also quite good, but the service at restaurants was very spotty. Whenever we would order a drink, we basically had a 50% or lower chance of receiving it without having to ask again (and sometimes even then would not receive it). Once or twice this was fine, but having to deal with at least one of the drinks being forgotten at each meal got a little old after a while. Was this discrimination because we are American or a genuine inability to remember to bring us drinks we ordered? We’ll never know, but it was bizarre. That all being said the location is truly paradise, just maybe pack some extra drinks I guess.
