I think that there is an issue with the management of this site, we were double charged 6 weeks before we stayed here it took me over a month to get the second charge back, but we did get it, however due to the exchange rate surcharge etc, it ment that I was out of pocket almost $350.00, I mentioned this prior to my arrival and once during my stay, I mentioned that I was not seeking reimbursement in the for of money, maybe just some acknowledgement of the error and I don't a bottle of champagne or something. I booked this for our wedding anniversary and stated this in my booking, this was also not acknowledged. We spoke to the manager about the dubble charge etc, he fobbed us off and then avoided us for the duration of our stay. The accommodation is lovely, the island people are lovely but poor management, the manager made us feel un welcome, I hope things change here as it is a wonderful location and setting.

這裡房間都配置了冷氣，整個渡假村氣氛跟設施都很好，早中晚餐食物很好吃，但如果你是來純渡假想安靜，這裡需要三思，因為這裡來的家庭小孩太多了，而且如果要浮潛看珊瑚礁跟魚渡假村外面的海沒有很多，要預訂付費行程，去遠一點的地方，整體來說整個渡假村是不錯的.

Everyone was lovely and welcoming, the food was great especially at Donu restaurant. The rooms were always clean and the resort itself had a large amount of entertainment, walks, wildlife and a great kids club. However, the dive shop was incredibly unreliable. Although all instructors were super kind, scuba diving times weren't accurate and communication was poor. There were many times we were told there was to be no dive vessel going out, only for it to go out an hour later with no warning. The reefs are also bleached and/or dead in many locations. The wildlife is great, but the resort should be putting more effort into taking care of their reefs. I saw many boats speeding over the reef and the floor is littered with broken, dead coral. I did see a coral planting program, but that was all the active effort I saw. Overall, I had a really nice time.
