    Let me be honest: Place 10/10, hotel facilities 9/10, Food 10/10, Customer experience 3/10. In Fiji is very rare to find people no polite. People in Fiji is so nice and warm however this hotel from the NZ manager to some of the employees were extremely rude. With bad manners. So sad to land your holiday under those people. They only care about money money that is all. I will go to another hotel in the Yasawas to my next trip for sure! Bula!

    Update: after 4 months of waiting my deposit was returned. I'm still unsure of why it took so long, and communication should have been much better, but I'm glad they followed through and returned my deposit. ----------------- Thieves! This company stole my money, refusing to return my deposit after cancellation. I cancelled my reservation at the beginning of 2022 due to COVID and resort closure. The agency quickly responded telling me my booking had been canceled and that they were processing the refund of my deposit that I was due. That was 3 weeks ago and repeated attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. As far as I can tell all phone numbers have been disconnected or changed

    One of the most beautiful spots in terms of location and one of the manager Cesar was 10/10, however the other staff treated us with such disrespect it was hard to feel welcome. The manager Margaret and the other front deck manager Sicilia treated us with so much hostility, would talk badly about us, and would give us constantly false information. I hope they change the culture of their team, because this hotel has so much potential
