One of the most beautiful spots in terms of location and one of the manager Cesar was 10/10, however the other staff treated us with such disrespect it was hard to feel welcome. The manager Margaret and the other front deck manager Sicilia treated us with so much hostility, would talk badly about us, and would give us constantly false information. I hope they change the culture of their team, because this hotel has so much potential

Stayed here for 5 nights as part of a 2 week family vacation in Fiji. Every aspect of this resort disappointed relative to other resorts we visited, except the room itself which was great. Dive trips involved multiple equipment issues (leaking or broken first and second stage regulators, faulty dive computers), incomplete safety briefings, and dismissive dive crew when issues were raised (especially to women). Other resort activities were difficult to get information about and frequently not communicated in advance despite pre-registering. Multiple meals were either cold or undercooked, late, or even missing. Staff in general had an indifferent attitude to customers, often wanting to blame the guest when things went awry. Paradise Cove was meant to be the highlight of our trip, but turned out to be the low point. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by avoiding this place. Blue Lagoon resort where we stayed for 6 nights immediately before PC (owned by the same company) was FAR BETTER for almost half the price.

Positiv: - Habe das Resort aufgrund der Bewertungen zum Schnorcheln gewählt und ja, das Hausriff ist super. Haben Haie, Stachelrochen und viele Fische gesehen. - Essen (aber kostet auch sehr viel) Negativ: - Ganzes Areal gleicht einer riesigen Baustelle. Überall wird gehämmert, geschraubt, gebohrt, etc. Wenn Sie Baulärm suchen, sind Sie hier richtig. - Personal nicht authentisch und lassen wenig Freude aufkommen - Wer hier 5 Sterne Luxus erwartet, ist falsch. Das Einzige 5 Sterne ist der hohe Preis. - Donu Restaurant war geschlossen wegen Umbauarbeiten. Und trotzdem musste man den vollen Preis zahlen. - Sandfliegen am Strand Bzgl. Schnorcheln war es die beste Fiji Insel, die wir besucht hatten. Bzgl. Rest die Schlechteste.
