a year agoWell. The resort and staff is nice. And great service. But one person in our company was food poisoned in the japanese restaurant. Had to stay in bed 1.5 days and missed out on half of our visit. Management and staff were duly informed ... See MoreWell. The resort and staff is nice. And great service. But one person in our company was food poisoned in the japanese restaurant. Had to stay in bed 1.5 days and missed out on half of our visit. Management and staff were duly informed, but we did not even receive as much as an apology. Upon checking out, I had to go thru the bills three times to get rid of costly items we never bought or ordered. No appology for that either. My expectations of the place came very short indeed.
