I had some issues with Booking.com where I booked a “Partner” ofer which was managed by Expedia or some third party. Due to wrong presentation I was completely misled by the amenities the booked room will have. After contacting the property and explaining them the mistake, and a long exchange of emails (while Booking was silent and didn’t want to help me at all) I have managed to cancel in the end. Josephine was more than helpful and she showed great customer service and understanding of my situation! I am greatful for her help and I’d definitely consider staying there in the future under different circumstances ! Thanks again to Josephine for sorting everything out!

Ours had a private plunge pool, which was amazing! The outdoor shower was spectacular!!!! The main pool was really nice, and had plenty of lounge chairs. We dove every day and it was amazing! The dive master and instructor were both fantastic. They asked about what we liked and didn't like and took us to different locations every day. They also took great care of our gear! It was very personal and all diving was super close to the resort which was nice. The service was outstanding, and the food was fantastic as well! There were also activities every day for guests to choose from, which was really nice! Honestly cannot say enough good things! If we ever return to Fiji we will definitely be staying at Paradise Cove!
