Here is what you will do

  • Assist users with questions and suggest the best products for their needs via online chat and email
  • Stay in frequent contact with our users to ensure they are getting the most from our platform, maximizing its functionality, and above everything are satisfied with our service
  • Review and handle users complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
  • Synthesize customer feedback and work with internal teams on improving and adding products features
  • Create and improve tutorials, guides, and other communication materials
  • Promote the value of the product and upsell services
  • You will be switching between two shifts from 09-17 and 14-22

Here is what you need to start:

  • Fluent in English, speaking and content writing
  • Being able to accept feedback and use it towards your self-growth and improvement
  • Using and understanding social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining positive energy, sense of humor, and desire to learn
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex problems clearly
  • High interest in automation, software, and new technology
  • Understanding technical terminology and code is a big plus
  • Experience setting up and using Intercom or other SaaS messenger platforms is a big plus
