We always have our pool opened and closed by Ambassador pools and they always do a professional job. Yesterday we had our pool relined by them. The whole process was seamless and we were kept informed all the way through the job as to how it was progressing. Verdun and the two lads were extremely courteous and went over and beyond to help out and keep us well informed of all issues arising.
Jo in the service department in the office is also extremely helpful and always goes out of her way to accommodate visits that are mutually convenient. All is all a five star company. 👍🏻

Having been a loyal customer for many years I wanted to say a big shout out to Hayley, Iain and the wider team who simply over deliver time and time again. Nothing is ever too much trouble, any rare issues are dealt with super promptly. I genuinely believe their customer service and product offering is THE BEST ON THE MARKET. An excellent source of advice and help for my hot tubs and pool in my holiday let business. Jo at reception was able to show me the right couplers I needed for my hot tub drain I needed and Verdun always around to advise on technical issues from lighting to safety and heating equipment.

Ambassador Pools have been absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them! We needed the pool cover changed which proved to be quite a challenge due to previous poor installation . Ambassador pools took everything in their stride and overcame each and every obstacle . Communication was clear and concise throughout and costings were accurate . First class service received.
