I contacted this company 4 times to quote for a pool cover, I have ordered of them before for a cover and the service was amazing but in this occasion no one ever came back to me and I supplied the measurements 4 times and heard nothing

Not even 1 star for their after sale service. Having bought a tub in July from shop at West Stour we have been back to buy filters this week. Handing over the label that came with installation filters as direct we expected these guys to have the knowledge to provide us with the correct product. Not really knowing what we are doing in replacing these filters we presumed that the filters were correct and unwrapped both ready for installation. Taking the first and submerging it quickly became clear that although they look the same they are in deed different with a different screw-in. Taking them back today I was left speechless when the most rude fat woman told me in a very abrupt manner that because they had been unwrapped the couldn’t be resold and tuff if they had sold them to us. I wasn’t given a chance to put a case to her and her manner was hostile even when her colleague explained that we had just bought the tub. Clearly once they have your money there is no after service! I
