1st Direct Pools reviews

Unfortunately my experience of this company wasn't the greatest. I bought a few thound pounds worth of pool equipment as the first fix to my pool build. I had some pretty expensive led lights that arrived and they look liked they had been kicked across the floor! When I questioned it and sent the pictures ( which I still have ) I was told they would ok, which I found strange as I would have thought they are delicate and shouldn't of been bashed about in a box. Anyway I specifically stated if I got them installed and they went wrong I would look for them to be replaced. I had my electrician wire them up and they worked well that was end of last year. I then got my pool up and running again this year and one of the lights started messing around. One minute it would work the next it wouldn't. I supplied all the pictures of wiring that had been done professionally and then 1stdirectpools got back to me saying that one of the switches was down and that would cause it to be irreparable damage. So this was there get out clause, but the faulty light wasn't the one with the switch down! That one worked great and still does! I had intended to spend around 30k but after seeing the way the first items were delivered I'm glad I never ordered any more products from them.
