Accent roofing did their job efficiently, timely, completely and treated us right. They tried to get our insurance company to pay for the total cost of replacement but when they declined we decided to pay for the total replacement. So thank you to Tony Labandero for all your efforts in the beginning. And thank you to Jorge Carapia who made sure the project was completed correctly the first time, the site was well cleaned up, the landscaping was not damaged, we were well informed, and you provided plenty of progress photos.
God forbid that I need another roof, but I am very happy to endorse Accent Roofing the the excellent team members!

I just have to say, the experience I had with Accent is outstanding. I can’t say enough good things. They were professional from day one. My daughter recommended them after she had them come out for a roof issue and they said that her roof was in good condition and just needed a repair, not full replacement so right from the get-go, I was confident that they weren’t out to just try and sell me a roof replacement. Our house was for sale in the inspection found the roof to be an issue. We were very limited on how much time we could take to get this issue repaired since the closing was fast approaching. Accent came right out and gave me the option of repair or replacement, but showed me why replacement was necessary. Not pushy, not demanding, just facts. Once I contracted with them, they worked hard to get the insurance involved and show them all the points that were necessary to have this covered under insurance legitimately . It was a smooth transaction from start to finish. The communication was outstanding from start to finish. Their project manager was on top of everything, and when the day of the roof replacement came, I got pictures of the roof via their drone, showing tear off, underlayment, and full replacement throughout the day. Communication couldn’t have been better. We were selling this house and they quickly gave us all the documents we needed to make sure the closing happened on time. I will highly recommend them to whoever needs a roof as they are so professional, and so on top of communicating with the customer that it gives faith in me in businesses that cater to the public.

If there was 10 stars this company deserves it. The roof was completed today. Adam was great and did the initial with the drone in the beginning since my 20 year old roof had damage. Then I filed with my insurance only would pay half the roof ( long story). Then Adam walked me through the finance and once completed the office called to make sure this is what I ordered. and also what to except when the crew get there with the trailer. The project manager Manager Harley and his crew did awesome job on the roof. When the crew arrived, put tarps and covered the ac unit. Harley kept me informed with the drone photos from the bare wood, to placing the shield on the roof to the completion of the shingles all in one day. Once completed even did the walk around the house, checked in the attic to make sure everything in place, put vent in for dryer on roof, and other things. They even leaf blower the driveway and patio to make sure no nails. This is an awesome company and awesome people and awesome job and the communication by Harley was excellent with the drone photos and transparency. Accent roofing takes pride in their work. Thank you again, Adam, office staff, Harley and his crew.

We had wind open a hole in our roof & Noah from Accent Roofing came and applied a temporary patch to prevent rains & critters from entering until the permanent repair can be done. He came and was done quickly and efficiently. He is a very personable person. Very pleased with Accent Roofing thus far.see photos of before & after

I am buying a house and want the roof fixed before we move in, so i want a quote done pre-closing to make sure as soon as the closing day happens then the roof gets done. I've been told roofers will come and give a free quote. ARX commercial came out and gave me a quote. I always try to get quotes from at least 2 different companies, so i asked accent roofing services to come out and give me a quote as well. I gave them all the details and they put me on the schedule tentatively, saying someone would call to confirm a time that worked for both of us. But when someone called back, she told me since I didn't own the house yet it would cost $400!
Just a heads up to everyone about how they operate. I put 3 stars just because I had to put something and 3 is in the middle.

We recently had our roof replaced by Accent Roofing Service and had a great experience from start to finish.
Maurice Poole was fantastic to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. He typically replied within an hour, which made the whole process much less stressful.
The team was also very thoughtful with logistics. The dumpster arrived the day before, and the driver checked with us before placing it to make sure we wouldn’t be blocked in. That kind of consideration really stood out.
On install day, the crew arrived early (around 6:45 AM) and started with quieter prep work like laying tarps and setting up equipment. Josh Johnson, the project manager, arrived later when materials were delivered and kept everything running smoothly. He provided updates throughout the day, including photos of progress and any findings, which we really appreciated.
The crew worked quickly and efficiently, and by the end of the day the job was complete. Cleanup was excellent—the yard and driveway were left spotless—honestly cleaner than before they started. We did find a couple of stray nails afterward (one in the grass and one in the driveway), which is fairly typical with roofing jobs and not a major concern.
Overall, we’re very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Accent Roofing Service.

Very professional gave all the information upfront. Explain the process talked about the warranty left information and then the work they did was exemplary. They cleaned up afterwards and really did a nice job.
