I just have to say, the experience I had with Accent is outstanding. I can’t say enough good things. They were professional from day one. My daughter recommended them after she had them come out for a roof issue and they said that her roof was in good condition and just needed a repair, not full replacement so right from the get-go, I was confident that they weren’t out to just try and sell me a roof replacement. Our house was for sale in the inspection found the roof to be an issue. We were very limited on how much time we could take to get this issue repaired since the closing was fast approaching. Accent came right out and gave me the option of repair or replacement, but showed me why replacement was necessary. Not pushy, not demanding, just facts. Once I contracted with them, they worked hard to get the insurance involved and show them all the points that were necessary to have this covered under insurance legitimately . It was a smooth transaction from start to finish. The communication was outstanding from start to finish. Their project manager was on top of everything, and when the day of the roof replacement came, I got pictures of the roof via their drone, showing tear off, underlayment, and full replacement throughout the day. Communication couldn’t have been better. We were selling this house and they quickly gave us all the documents we needed to make sure the closing happened on time. I will highly recommend them to whoever needs a roof as they are so professional, and so on top of communicating with the customer that it gives faith in me in businesses that cater to the public.
