Lucy and Stacy went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with their service.
From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and attention to detail were absolutely immaculate. Every room was left spotless, and they took extra care with areas that are often overlooked. I was especially impressed that they even cleaned our couch, chairs, and staircase, which made such a difference.
Lucy and Stacy exceeded our expectations, and it’s clear they are true professionals. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough, reliable, and exceptional cleaning service!

This review is reflective only of our scheduling experience as we did not get services from Aloha Maids.
I reached out for a move in clean and was responded to and given a reasonable quote in just a few hours. There was availability on the day I needed which helped because I had a specific date (and very short timeline) in mind after the completion of a few home projects and before we moved in.
The day of cleaning, my husband went to the house for our internet installation then was expecting cleaners between 10-12. It was my misunderstanding that this was a window of arrival; so what it actually meant was that the cleaners could show up at 12 pm to start. At 12:15 I reached out because no one had arrived. By 12:45 I was told that the cleaners were having car issues but may be able to make it. My husband needed to be back in San Diego so by 1:15 (already way passed our arrival window) we agreed to try to reschedule for first thing the next morning but time couldnt be confirmed yet. Later that night, it could only be arranged for the cleaners to come the next evening which didnt work for us because of my work schedule and child care reasons. So, all that to say .. it was easy to contact, schedule, and get a quote, but you need to have a lot of flexibility on the day of service - may end up spending all day waiting for cleaners to show up then still wait out the time it takes to complete the cleaning.
