Pros:
A great place to work, probably the best job I’ve had not only in terms of culture, benefits and autonomy; but also salary too. All very important in a commission based job.
We have regular rewards for hitting targets, flexibility, working from home, a great client list, strong branding and upward trajectory in terms of business outlook.
Cons:
Being a startup some processes have had to change which can be disruptive at the time but in hindsight worth it for the end goal.
