Big Dog Solar had a person show up prior to installation of the Tesla Battery and explain the process. Big Dog Solar also kept me informed via email of the process from installation to inspections. The installation of the battery went well. We were informed of how long the power would be out. I wish that it wouldn't take so long, but we didn't have any issues. I did need another representative to show up and help me connect the battery to the app.

This is the 3rd time two time this year our power supply box got fire big dog will not support there warranty and there answer to everything is the warranty ran out on that this company is a joke I do not recommend them to anyone

"We are devoted to doing right by you." That is the companies slogan. This company came up to my door trying to get me to go with them for solar even though I have a NO SOLICITING sign! I even have a recording of him looking at my sign and ignoring it. I even pointed out my sign and he told me oh I see, I'm just giving you information because your probably getting screwed. This is NOT ok! So when they say they are going to do right by you, they mean they are going to do whatever it takes to make that extra dollar, no matter what.
