I can say this company is fantastic! Well organized and the employees are very professional and excellent at every thing they do. Down to earth, humerus and meticulous. Everything went smoothly and on time. I'd like to add the sales people are the best. No high pressure and excellent at presenting and explaining their program. I'm super happy with every phase.

The installation crew worked quickly and were polite. They overcame obstacles well.
Everyone we encountered was professional and polite. At the beginning of the installation, we were frustrated because it was obvious to us that the crew that approved the locations for the equipment had not coordinated with the crew that did the installation. The install crew told us we couldn’t put the battery where it was approved to go. We had to scramble and move furniture and storage items to find another place for the battery. In the end, the battery was installed in the place that was our first choice, but in the beginning, we were told it couldn’t go there.
Overall, we are satisfied with the solar system we purchased.

Working with Big Dog Solar was great! Salesman, people behind the phones and the techs who installed the Solar. Everyone was extremely nice and easy to talk to. Would recommend.

Nathan (sales) and Carlos (install) were great!! There was a hiccup with scheduling that keeps me from rating them 5 stars - but the company (or maybe just my sales rep) made it right for me. They have done a nice job following up in the last 3 months since we started. I got in just in time - my budget billing was slated to increase by 29% but that won’t be the case now!!
