Big Dog provided an incredible service and if I could give 10 stars, I would. Anybody that asks me about solar, I'm referring them to Big Dog. My salesman was very knowledgeable and answered more than what I could ask. When he arrived at my door, I wanted to say go away but decided to let him inform me about solar. It made a lot of sense with rising energy costs and he sold me on the idea. In fact, my salesman and his dog are welcome back at my house anytime. The process of solar getting installed on my house was a little longer than I expected, at no fault to Big Dog. There is planning, installation, inspection, and modification to the meter on the house. They asked me to review plans and changed the slight modifications I wanted. The process was seamless with them.
